简单高效地预演二尖瓣修复和二尖瓣置换术
二尖瓣是一个复杂的三维结构。二尖瓣返流可通过替换原发性瓣膜(TMVR)或修复原发性瓣膜(TMVr)来治疗。使用3mensio二尖瓣工作流可以完成这两种手术的计划。只需轻轻一点,我们就能确定二尖瓣环的方向。我们可以做辅助二尖瓣环追踪来了解环的三维形状和尺寸。
为置换术或修复术专门开发了附加功能。与周围结构如主动脉瓣和冠状血管的关系可以很快得到评估。可以在ED和ES阶段之间进行简单的比较。进近路径可使用经中隔或直接进入进近模块进行评估。
